A branch of the Clearfield County Public Library the OM Library has approximately 20,000 books, as well as DVDs, AudioBooks on CD and Cassette, Newspapers, and Magazines for patron use. We also provide services to the community such as: Photocopying, Faxing, Computer Services, and Internet Access.

The library is located on the first floor of the Brisbin Building, which was built as a home for George Brisbin in 1876. The library rents space from the Osceola Mills Historical Foundation.

The library is open Monday and Wednesday 1:00pm to 8:00pm, Tuesday and Thursday 10:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm. Closed Sunday and Friday
